On March 27, 2020 Utah State Governor Gary Herbert issued the Stay Safe, Stay Home Directive. It is the intention of every city in the state to help slow the spread of COVID-19. We encourage you as community members to do the same. You can help flatten the curve! Find more about the Stay Safe, Stay Home Directive by clicking HERE.
Protecting your loved ones is key in this tumultuous time. You can do this by using proper hygiene, staying at home as you can, and avoid visiting those who may be particularly at risk.
The following information has been given from the Utah State Department of Public Health:
-Hand washing is essential. Wash your hands for 20 seconds making sure to wash all surfaces of your hands.
-Keep busy surfaces clean (Counters, door knobs, etc.)
-If you feel ill with any symptoms of COVID-19 contact your primary physician
-Keep travel to the essentials, and protect others who are vulnerable.
Feeling as though you have a combination of these symptoms? Please contact your physician by phone for more information. Central Utah Public Health department has amazing resources for more information and tracking cases in our area. If you need more information regarding COVID-19 click HERE.
