Nephi City Justice Court holds court every Monday (excluding holidays) with Judge Barbara Finlinson. To schedule a court date you must call (435) 623-1263 during office hours. Due to the part-time hours of the Nephi City Justice Court, it is paramount that you leave a message with questions when calling outside of office hours.
