  1. How do I get started on a subdivision?

The following steps are necessary for a subdivision to be approved in Nephi City:

  1. The applicant/developer contacts the Planning, Building, and Zoning office at Nephi City.

  1. The applicant/developer reads a copy of Nephi City Code Title 10 Land Use Regulations and Title 11 Subdivision Regulations.

    1. To view online go to: www.nephi.utah.gov

    2. Select the “Government” tab.

    3. Select “City Code and Planning Documents” from the list on the left.

    4. Select “Online Copy of Nephi City Code” in the center of the screen.

    5. To view you may have to set up an online account the first time you enter, then just login thereafter.

    6. Once logged in select either Title 10 or Title 11 to read.

  1. The applicant/developer fills out and signs the “Subdivider Agreement” form through the online Zipflow software portal (See Step ? on the portal).

  2. The applicant/developer fills out and signs the “Property Owner Affidavit” form through the online Zipflow software portal (See Step ? on the portal).
