City Recorder/City Treasurer

The City Recorder also fills the role of the city's Finance Director.  This office supervises the day-to-day operations of the main offices at City Hall, the City Treasurer and the Justice Court.  Services include accounts payable, records retention, risk management, assisting with the city's annual audit, utility billing, fee collection, court operations, investment management, and recording minutes for City Council meetings.  Rules governing the appointed office of the City Recorder can be found under Title 1, Chapter 6 of the Nephi Municipal Code.
